Whose idiot?
Seen on a bumper sticker: "There's a village in Texas that's missing it's idiot" [sic].
Yes, the idiot might be somewhere else, printing bumper stickers for the "I-Hate-Bush" movement.
Who's the bigger idiot? The fellow who got elected president? Or the one who doesn't know the difference between "its" and "it's"?

At least the illiterate idiot is killing grammar and not people in Afganistan and Iraq for Big Oil's sake.
Get a grip!!!

Someone has commented and has not had the courage or decency to sign his or her name.
It might have seemed a reasonable comment had he or she had done so.
And had spelled "Afganistan" correctly.
Besides, does any person with a functioning brain believe the United States military is in "Afganistan" "for big Oil's sake"?
I, among many, do not know the real reason the Bush administration invaded Iraq, but if it had really been "for Big Oil's sake" then where is the oil?
Why is there a shortage?
And prices so high?
We know all the reasons given by the Bush administration for the invasion have been either wrong or false, but I don't know the real reason, and don't know anyone else who does.
Also, "Get a grip!!!" is such a childish cliche, and a meaningless one -- though it is not so over- and mis-used as "get a life!!!" so perhaps we can be thankful.
Anonymous, please do visit again.
We apparently do agree at least in part.
But have the courtesy to sign your name, please.

Idiot though I may be, I am a charter member of the "Hate Bush" movement. I USED to think I was a Clinton hater - I could bash slick Willie with the best of them tho not for the same reasons. Now that the wahabbi-Christian, theocratic fascist, war-mongering Ayatollah and the Bushevik bastards have so dishonored America, I actually MISS Clinton! Joseph Knight

Hating Bush is not intelligent or rational. Hating what he does and what he is would be both, and would lead, or help lead, to some kind of improvement.
I do not hate politicians, though I probably could be said to hate editors.
What we should hate is the situation in which our only choices are a sexually predatory piece of garbage such as Bill Clinton or a "Christian" such as George W. Bush who is perfectly willing, or even happy, to send Americans out to kill Iraqis, and others, for some nebulous excuse as ... well, whatever the latest excuse was.
It is perfectly rational and intelligent to hate a system in which our choices are so arbitrarily limited.
But my reference to the "hate Bush" syndrome is to the knee-jerk leftist and Democrat acts and statements that don't offer any better alternatives, that don't have any thought or sense behind them except they want the power and position that Dubya has.
Such terms as "idiot" are valueless and demeaning, demeaning to all of us because the argument is so meaningless, so beside and beyond the real point.
Actually Bush's grades were and apparent IQ are higher than, for example, John Kerry's, according to reports.
No, the problem is one of moral and philosophical failings, not of IQ or of spelling knowledge.
It's good to hear from you, Joseph, whom I know to be one of the good guys.
And not an idiot.
